At Steve’s Valeting Service, I value your safety, which is why I take every precaution to ensure that your vehicle is in top condition when it leaves my premises.
I use high-quality equipment and products in my valeting services to ensure the best results for your vehicle.
However, it’s important to note that once you drive away, it becomes your responsibility to check your vehicle regularly, even after I’ve carried out any work.
Regular maintenance of your vehicle, such as checking oil and coolant levels, is also important for ensuring optimal performance.
I recommend that you check your tyre pressure regularly to ensure maximum safety while driving.

I want you to feel secure when leaving your vehicle with me.
That’s why I offer a satisfaction guarantee – if you’re not happy with the result, I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
While I take every care with your personal belongings, accidents can happen and I cannot be held responsible for any damage.
I recommend that you keep your vehicle’s interior free of clutter and debris to ensure I can work efficiently and thoroughly.
I advise you to take your valuables with you to prevent any unfortunate mishaps.
This includes removing any child car seats or booster seats.
Additionally, please remove any equipment before dropping off your car.
For larger items such as bike racks, roof boxes, or any items attached to the exterior of the vehicle, please let me know ahead of time so we can make appropriate arrangements.
If not removed, I will clean around it.

To thank our loyal customers, I offer a fantastic loyalty reward scheme.
After buying six regular washes or packages, you’ll receive the seventh regular wash free with a fully filled loyalty card.

To honor our volunteers and employees of the RNLI services, I offer a 25% discount, but please ensure that you present proof of association for every cleaning.
This discount applies to all RNLI volunteers and staff, including lifeguards and fundraising teams.
Unfortunately, we can’t award discounts without proof of service.

For all hardworking NHS staff, I offer a 10% discount on our services.
Just show your NHS ID when booking to receive the discount.
To be eligible, you’ll need to present your Blue Light Discount card when booking.

My Subscription Plan is the perfect option for those who love keeping their vehicle clean.
My Premium Subscription Plan includes unlimited access to all of our services, including detailing and waxing.
With the Unlimited Simple Wash Plan, you’ll have access to 15 washes per month.
If you exceed that, we’ll add a charge of £15 per wash.
Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles or specialty services, but we will always inform you ahead of time.
With the Monthly Maintenance Subscription, you’ll receive 4 washes per month and any additional clean will be charged at £50.
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with no penalty.
These plans provide great solutions for those who love keeping their car in perfect condition hassle-free.

We’re happy to announce that we now offer our services as a mobile unit! We’ll travel within a 20-mile radius from our Bridlington base, as long as it has access to water and power.
This is perfect for busy professionals or anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of bringing their car to us.
We guarantee a quick and thorough service, just as if you were to come to us.

If you pay by invoice payment should reach my bank no later than 24 hours after the due date.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements.
If payment is not paid on time you will incur a 5% increase for each day that the bill remains unpaid.

You will receive conformation of your booking either by Email, Text, or by phone.
If you are unable to provide proof of association, we may not be able to offer the discount.
If you wish to change your booking you must do this at least 12 hours before your appointment.
We value your time and will always strive to arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment.
If you wish to cancel your booking You must contact Steve’s Valeting Service Ltd 24 hours before your appointment.
By providing your contact information, you consent to us using it to communicate with you regarding your booking and any future offers or promotions.
Failure to contact Steve’s Valeting Service Ltd or do not show up for your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service for which you booked.
